spring

It was not easy to wait for spring. It felt like forever winter. After Ostara/ Spring Equinox more birds and animals came here but it was still quite cold most days. Surprisingly couple days ago it got warmer. Easter has been super sunny and I finally got my winter coat off the first time. Spring is finally here. Yesterday I saw the first butterfly and today I found a lot more. So many peacock butterflies aglais io on this tree. It was magical seeing them fly around the area together.

There's no green yet snow has barely melted. 

First flower of spring is liverleaf hepatica nobilis. They are pretty but not allowed to pick them up. 

Happiness from seeing more and more sun everyday.

Brimstone butterfly gonepteryx rhamni. This was the butterfly I already saw first time yesterday and today was able to capture photo of it. 

Great tit parus major enjoying spring. Hopefully this weather is here to stay.
